Hi,
So costume archangel wings are under investigations after last maintenance and mine went missing.
Who do I contact to check on progress with my missing costume archangel wings? I opened ticket, pm gm here. I opened ticket 8th Feb (included all screenshots), asked by WP for more info on 9th Feb, replied with further info and no response since. How long do I wait? I know of people who have had their trades reversed already 2 days ago and we both submitted tickets same day. Do I wait longer? Who can I contact?
Help appreciated. I know I won’t be able to get the wings at the price I bought it which is unfair, but I’m at a point where I just want my zeny back if they can’t replace my costume. I play RO as a stress reliever for my work... but I think RO is causing me more stress at the moment.

For your reference Familiar's last activity was Feb 07 2019 07:17 PM, which means he hasnt been online since last thursday. There is a chance he may be on vacation and you will have to look someone else for help.

Thanks for the information guys. Hopefully I hear from someone soon about the outcome or at least heads up with the progress of the investigation. If they can’t notify us of item removal, at least keep us posted about what’s happening with the investigation.
