Campitor: 

Good Afternoon everyone, I wanted to talk about two subjects today.

1. We won't be getting the Rune Knight/Mado Gear balance patch next week. Unfortunately while the studio was reviewing the data they discovered that it needed more QA time than we have remaining in the year. So instead the plan to shifting to do all the class balance patches in a single big update. Instead we will be testing and implementing a missing card update to the game. The cards will be the 14.3 cards.

This also means that I have to pay the penalty and eat a hat. In January I will be making a Apple of Archer hat out of well, an apple, pretzel sticks, and candy. We will document me wearing it during the day and then me eating the hat. I may take part in a live stream when this is going on.

2. The Christmas Event,

There have been many questions regarding the event spawn table and why certain monsters are in and others. Currently Guild Dungeon MVPs have a less than 1% chance to spawn in every instance. These mvps will only be available while the guild dungeons are in public mode. We will be cycling MVPs every week to a different set/changing spawn rates. So make sure to check back every week. Rumor is next week may be a just an illusion, and I hear that the final week will be.. quite tough.. almost, nightmareishly tough.

We will be introducing an easy mode version of the dungeon for players who just want the event costume.
 

1- Any chance to make the Vicious Weapons exchangable into EMBs like GFSS?
 
2- KVM Gears tradeable when??

2. These items have their intended binding.

Are we not gettin any 12 days of christmas giveaway raffle event this year?

Campitor: Unfortunately not this year. Sadly we didn't have extra costumes meant for such an event.

 

Time for Second Class/Transcendent Second Class skills adjustment patch? Did studio mentioned about it?

Campitor: The skills balance patch will be coming later in 2019. Please see my post at the top.

 

:v hello CM Astra, we are using official loading screen already more than 2 or 3 month? when is the time to change those loading screen?
 
Any Chance can we has Loading Screen Content for Christmax + Happy 2019 Year + Winter Solstice Festival?
 
Question to Astra, Campitor, Xealot, Magus, Jelloshaker? What is the picture you put on your iro forum profile picture, why putting it?

Astra: At this time we're still unfortunately not going to be using any fan-created work for the loading screens. I miss them too! Sorry D: As for my picture, I like space and I like whales. So, space whale!
Campitor: Mine is a model I painted.

Xealot: I like cats and dogs, but dogs look too happy for profile pictures. Imagine having to tell players their accounts were permanently suspended for botting while having a happy looking dog as your profile picture.

Magus: I am a fan of the artist and I like elves. 
Jelloshaker: Because I wanted something a little Lude.
 

will we get costume firesale?

Campitor: Yes it is on.

Hello, I read about this Ragnarok in 2018 thread and wonder if there is an updated plan for these great new features to be implemented.
 

Game System Updates
Fortunately only the major content updates are considered.. well major content updates. We are also requesting smaller updates to the game itself not in terms of content but game systems as well. We've requested the following games systems from the studio to be delivered throughout the year in 2018.
Tradeable VIP Time Item
Guild Warehouse System
Quest UI Update
Bank System
Gear Swap System
Party UI Update
Client Settings Update (Moves stuff out of the setup.exe)
Menu Update
Various Missing Cards

Shadow Item Quest
Were going to continue to introduce a new shadow item quest every month. UPDATE HERE


Over all the team believes that 2018 will be a fun year in Ragnarok Online as we work to modernize many of the game systems and make them easier to use for everyone.

 
Specifically, I look forward to this Guild Warehouse System .  And for the shadow gear one, I read from your other thread https://forums.warpp...f-shadow-items/ that they will be added to instance. So, what's the ETA for all these? 
 
And yeah, are we going to get the Second Class/Transcendent Second Class skills adjustment patch mentioned above?

 

 Campitor: Guild Warehouse System currently is tentatively scheduled for February 2019. Class Balance Updates do not have a date yet.

Campitor:  I believe that is part of the class balance update patch.
 

Increase Overweight Limit from 50% to 70% when?
 
 
■ Contents of this server patch
 
- The penalty will change according to the weight of the character.
→ Existing: If HP / SP weight is over 50%, HP / SP can not be restored
→ Change: When the weight of the base is 70% or more, HP / SP can not be restored

Campitor:  Currently we are discussing this with the studio.

1. Unfortunately I don't think this is an option.
2. Currently I am unaware of any such update.
3. This would not be possible.

Can we have Santa do resets even the character is equal or under 2000 weight?
Some of us still has BOO cards that we still want to use for SPOOKY Machine.

Campitor: We will look at it.
 

Inventory Expansion Coupon has been implemented in KRO main servers this week.
It's cash shop item with 2,500 won price or 25,000 won for the package contains 10 coupons.
1 coupon increases inventory limit by 10 slots (from 100 default slots) upon using. The coupon can be used up to 10 times (100 extra slots).

Campitor: I will inquire about this item.

Huh? single balance big update?
If you wanna wait all classes have been updated. Maybe on 2021+ since KRO still has a few balance update on next year (performers, sura and warlock).
I guess the first big update should contain MC, RK, SC, Homun and AB package.

Currently, KRO must delay performer update because they change how song mechanism. They should skip to warlock because performer are fine.
 

I like Sleight instance. I hope Antonio drop something to make him unskipable.

Bummers about the runestone patch

Hope that big update doesnt take too long because my account is full of webs already.

Do you seriously intend making instances only just for the strong characters?
What about level 99 to 120 underpowered characters? Under level 150 Characters?

Raffle Event when? My supplies are gone and the price unbearable please do something.

can we get some kind of eta time frame on rune improvement? shifting to do all the class balance patches in a single big update seems like that can be a long wait. which class balances are we talking about here? there are many balance patches so some clarity will be much appreciated, thank you.

my RK could do 7 Magnum Breaks per second with 90% skill delay.

My RG, on normal condition, when using Vanishing Point, a skill that has 0 skill delay,
does 1-2 per second at 193 aspd.
I have to use bathory sprite to unlock its true delay.

Please fix this.

What if, for the last week of the Card Drop Event, the +0.02% drop chance is applied to ALL items instead. As a sort of event finale? Cards aren't the only rare items worth grinding for right now.

Also, is the 2019 Update Calendar ready yet? Since we're already seeing mentions about which updates are coming/in the works.
