Huh? single balance big update?
If you wanna wait all classes have been updated. Maybe on 2021+ since KRO still has a few balance update on next year (performers, sura and warlock).
I guess the first big update should contain MC, RK, SC, Homun and AB package.

Campitor: Tentatively planned for end of 2019. Currently we are checking with the QA department because with each skill balance patch they wish to check class balance against every other job, this process is expected to take 6 weeks for each update. But by grouping them all together the expectation is that the balance will only need to be checked the one time.

Currently the plan to is finalize the contents and QA plan during the second quarter and then prepare it for the iRO update. In the mean time since we can't have the balance patches the goal is to catch up iRO in other areas of the game.
 
January, will be the card catch up month. Were starting the 14.3 Flame Basin cards at the beginning of the month and preparing card data for a much bigger card patch at the end of the month.
 
February at the end of the month we will be receiving the Marriage system/Gear Swap/Guild Warehouse update. In addition Doram characters will become their Doram Player Race.
 
April we will be receiving the Party UI update and the Illusion of Frozen dungeon.
 
May will be addition contents from the 15.X episode areas that we never received.
 
Some time in March my team will start meeting with the studio again in order to plan the next two quarter's update schedule.

 

As a side note since we didn't get the balance patch in 2018 I will be eating an apple of archer hat in the coming weeks.

For the christmas instance, how long will we have the event on? Cuz you said the last week will be nightmare hard, but i thought the event only lasts for 2 weeks?

Do you seriously intend making instances only just for the strong characters?
What about level 99 to 120 underpowered characters? Under level 150 Characters?

Campitor:  Currently were planning events to appeal to different segments of the player population. February should be a much more player friend event.

 

so what did you guys do at Christmas? dinner/going out/movie/anything fun? share with picture too if you have it

Campitor: I cooked a turkey for my extended family and slept all day.
Astra: Celebrated with a huge Christmas Eve party with family, then ate leftovers all day for Christmas
Xealot: Cooked Lasagna with friends and watched A Christmas Story

can we get some kind of eta time frame on rune improvement? shifting to do all the class balance patches in a single big update seems like that can be a long wait. which class balances are we talking about here? there are many balance patches so some clarity will be much appreciated, thank you.

built in macro for rolling cutter when?

 

Campitor:  I believe that is part of the class balance update patch.

built in macro for all skills? unfair if only for one skill.
 
my GX does 5 RCs per second, a skill that has a bit of skill delay.
my RK could do 7 Magnum Breaks per second with 90% skill delay.
 
My RG, on normal condition, when using Vanishing Point, a skill that has 0 skill delay,
does 1-2 per second at 193 aspd.
I have to use bathory sprite to unlock its true delay.
Please fix this.

What if, for the last week of the Card Drop Event, the +0.02% drop chance is applied to ALL items instead. As a sort of event finale? Cards aren't the only rare items worth grinding for right now.

Also, is the 2019 Update Calendar ready yet? Since we're already seeing mentions about which updates are coming/in the works.

When do we get Star Emperor and Soul Reaper class?

Campitor: Currently this is not on the Horizon for our update calendar.

 

Make old ocp gear as mvp drop list please.

When do we get Episode 17.1?

Campitor: Early 2020. kRO has not yet had the 17.2 update so we don't know what a final 17.1 update would look like.

I disagree regarding complain on christmas instance. End game player lack content to play. When the event only consist of collecting item from mob or kill certain monster, it is very boring. I appreciate sleight event and if there is solution to of difficulty. I rather to have easy mode and hard mode to split the difficulty.

In easy mode, we will fight mini boss.
In hard mode, we will fight mvp.

how can we be sure that our items does not get deleted secretly? i mean those we bought could be duped but we'll never know unless we ask for checking which is really tedious.

can we ask for more notification to be sent to us if we get affected by this? some random item from our storage may get deleted and we wont even know

This should be fixed by now as been told.

Looking to the schedule of the first half. It seems KRO keep sending the new illusion dungeons to IRO instead of skipped dungeons like NOGH and Infinite Space.

While u at it WP, please consider to update contents of Old card album and Mystical card album exclusive for IRO only ... and can we get the full list of upcoming card updates ? please include every card that should be already available for now ...

Can you look into making the Egg npc that sells eggs stay in the exchange dialogue so that players can spam their <enter> key to buy eggs like how the Investment machine does? As it stands, you can only get 5 eggs per dialogue and if I wanted 1k eggs, I need to initiate and navigate through the dialogue tree 200 times.

Did I read it right? Rune Stone Improvement will be implemented on end of 2019??

I think it was already asked but same, when the second sprites of the 3rd classes will be implemented? Could we get Costume Duneyrr Helm to be added to be enchanted?

may I add one a question? Is it possible share ragnarok department office to us? Because at campitor headgear thread I saw a gene picture at one of the Wall, so just interest see the design of ragnarok department office XD

Given how there’s hype over the new 14.3 cards and a mention of a larger card patch coming in. Is it possible to request **all** the Instance cards? Or at least get a list? People like to see iRO being updated one way or another, I feel this could bring in more people seeing that iro is catching up in terms of content to kRO and cards are a huge incentive at times to run instances, from the easy newbie ones to the much more difficult ones.
Additionally while being on the topic of instances, could we get some sort of like hint or update or something on Old Glast Heim Hard aka Nightmare OGH? Why does the studio delay NOGH but have jumped to releasing other content? Not that I’m sad over that but NOGH is quite appealing for the white knight cards and khalitzburg Knight cards, would certainly also attract players to come back or join and play seeing how there’s been a lot of progress.

From streaming I can tell you people have noticed that there’s been changes and updates but somehow keep their eyes glued for cards, right click storage QoL, infinite space amongst others, but having these crucial updates would grab more people’s attention. Thanks

How would Rune Stone Improvement make RKs imbalanced? A lot of gears and OCP make other classes imbalanced already.
