Khara title : Christmas Wreath bug

I collect ices to get Lutie Santa piece, to get title for christmas wreath. But, when i use the pot, nothing happen. And i didnt get the title O_o. Is it bug?? Does anyone else got same prob with mine? Plz fix this prob ASAP, and gimme my title!!! T_T

Can you open your Khara menu, scroll to the title, then highlight the quest for it?  Usually when things of this nature happen, I'd think of the following:
1. Did you make sure to challenge the quest?
2. Did you accept too many Khara quests? I think there is a 20 quest limit or something.
