Quest log remover

Is there an item to remove finished quests log. i finished the friendship quest a requirement for biolab entrance quest but the berkenstein journal log is there although i gave the item. some quest like kiel hyre also have logs that are not removal.

Only thing you can do is right-click the quest and send it to your inactive tab since not all quests were designed with a questlog in mind. (Questlog was implemented years after the game initially came out.)

Gramps can take care of a select few ones automatically when talking to him but nothing beyond that.

this. like what ZeroTigress said, i've just right-clicked to hide all the quests that never flag completion/deletion. and it really triggers my OCD... i have like 20+ quests (anything from dailies to dungeon entrance quests to random quests) that never completed and are just sitting there in my log

 

i wish the iRO staff could implement an NPC that would let us manually choose a quest to remove from our log (well of course this should come with restrictions such as if it's one of those quests that serve as reset timers for dailies or instances, then you can't remove those)

Would be way better if they just gave the quest window an overhaul for auto-remove completed quests + proper quest info (some item collection quests list their items in the screen preview but not in the actual quest window daheck)

What makes it worse is those quests with corrupted entries that don't show up in the quest window so it ends up taking more clicks to get rid of them.

i am referring to the job change quest, access quest, story quest not those with cool down like daily quest and instances. in the past i reported some of my logs to costumer support and were removed and i'm happy with it. now i'm going to do some questing again but they no longer do it.

Logs should be removable for finished access or job quest and even those instances after past the cool down. the progammer who did this is so irresponsible. 

The underlying quest system in this game is haphazard at best. There wasn't a proper system in the beginning and the stuff we have now looks nice but is plagued by a horrible underlying quest system. The newest quests work well with the new quest window, but old ones barely do or don't have any support for the quest window at all. There needs to be a specific effort by devs or at least someone on the local team to go through every single quest one by one to give them proper utilization of the quest window. As far as adding the ability to properly remove quest entries and drop quests, the underlying system doesn't allow for that.

Sadly not. I have been asking for a way to delete old quests or unwanted quests for years, even before the current quest log. JUst gotta send things to inactive like the folks said. I must have close to 100 inactive quests I have given up on lol

the programmers that made the quest are mediocre they don't test it how can gravity hire these kind of employee they should be replaced.

The game was made back in 2002 before questlogs became commonplace in MMOs. But worry not, the original development team for RO left Gravity and created Project R1.
