why I can`t use the slot opener in the
first slot of the boss card in weapon saying
"this operation will consume 1999 diamond"
meaning the slot opener is useless as well as the vip dungeon?

How many slot openers do you have? It takes more than one to open a slot. Not sure how many for the first Boss slot but the second is 64 openers. Long time ago but think its 4 slot openers for the first slot on any item and it goes up from there for the next slot etc.

you also need to have the slotters in your bag for the option to use them to come up.

rule of thumb : each slotter is worth 50dia to the opening cost on almost all slots.
