Jejecap is not currently applying damage bonus

FYI : Phoenix Muffler is fire equivalent of Leviathan Muffler. :)

On right now but don't see the phoenix crown/circlet or the bull hat.

 

EDIT: The JeJe cap's 4.5 second crazy vine cooldown isn't working, tested with level 5 mandragora learned and the hat at +10. Also seems the skill delay isn't working either. Think the whole thing needs a review. 

 

EDIT 2: Actually the damage to crazy vines is  working. Camp y u troll us? 

 

EDIT 3: The 50% boss damage is also working.

Does jeje cap need to be refined +10 in order  to get +50% boss damage from maxed fire expansion? So far in sakray it doesnt seem to be the case, but if the previous part of the script is empty/not working im not sure how it will end up working

Im leading to the "it doesnt need +10 refine" and the description is in a weird order but still i would like clarification on it -because the def pierce only makes sense for crazy vines anyway since lul genetic-

classes work completely different here and there. ofc stuff wont make sense for this server.

No. +10 is just def ignoring bonus.

That's pretty cool op. If acid bomb only consist of var cast, this HG is broken.

Sapphire wrist has the same cast effect as this hat, wich is null since 0 - 0 = 0

DB / WDB RK are most affected by those 2 garments instead of Warlocks and Sorcs.

 

The garment enable people to get easier 100% fire and water resist simultaneously.

Is just a nice hat for bombing and if you want to try crazy vines, def pierce is otherwise useless on genetic, and its actually 100% cast delay reduction if you have crazy vines maxed which isnt very useful -on the crazy vines scenario- because it still has 0.5 cd  left, for bomb on the other side if you want to spam it is better to have high aspd & use OMW ME5 to remove the FCT and help with the animation so kiels are way better than this hat imo (maybe Im awfully wrong and it becomes part of a super op build *shrug*) 

 

Is a nice hat to save bombs and that has a phen effect on top of that so you arent forced into MBS/Phen/Spellflow set/others while bombing if you dont have ME5, is a mid tier hat so I hope it doesnt come on the rare  slot of the ocp

Jeje Cap + Fenrir mid should be better than OMW + Kiels for Acid Bomb DPS.
