There are couple of sounds that get pretty frustrating after a while. Muka I think is the most popular, or rather, least popular XD Or any Maestro/Wanderer song when repeated over and over. The refine hammering can get annoying too. MA occasional spamming is bothersome as well. A new one is Lion's Howling :v The Dullahan cries are obnoxious when many. Though, my personal worst are friggin' Hill Winds. Hate that chirping. 
As for sounds I like, the MVP fanfare is my personal favorite. Most autoattacks hitting at 193 ASPD sound cool, especially Crits or DA Daggers. Multihits like AB and Axe Tornado sounds satisfying, the latter especially when hitting multiple mobs. Though, I am a big fan of Ice Titans SFX when it dies, because I like the sound of ground, dirt or rocks just groveling around and moving. Like, when you step on pebbles or tiny stones.

Pleasant: Tiger Cannon, Counter Slash>Pulse Strike(Oni Horns)
Annoying: Any multihit skill used with a staff

Pleasant: Explosion monster attack sound. Nice and crisp
Unpleasant: That stretchy sound made by Incarnation of Morroc (Human) aka the period monster

Pleasant: background music at dolomedes map, ab buff-gloria, aqua benedicta/aspersio.
Annoying: loud magic sound effect like lov, crimsom rock.
But, for me any sound is annoying when it is repeated alot/spammed. Reason why i turn off music/effect when playing.
