Since this is a very old issue we had at iRO, and there is no solution yet.

 

Due to the current event (token event) we lack on monster where autocasters stays.

 

The drop rate seems to be accurate, but the mob bugged its a problem we have to deal along the week.

 

Its believe that the skill/item wich makes this issue, is the skill "Tarot Card of Fate", Since there is no available staff to research this deeply (the issue have been there for years now), I suggest to nerf (disable) the Tarot Card of Fate from the Ifrit Rings combo (Ring of Resonance) for a week as a test.

 

You already make some tests on Low TI, increasing the mob ammount, putting a special NPC to spawn more mobs every X time when a counter reachs, and it did not solve the issue.

I'm just trying to suggest something so we can enjoy the game and these particular events a bit more.

 

To be honest, im not sure if it will solve the problem, but if it works, its a hint where to looking for, also, will be only for a week.

Why not just experiment by disabling that one skill from that one item? 

 

Try it for a few weeks and if people stop complaining, woo hoo. 

 

edit: If it's against Gravity/kRO policy to try such things then maybe one day, wink wink, you are taking a look at the script at the item, nudge nudge, and accidentally mess up the line to sets its autocast proc to 0.

I also suggested a doom monster NPC on the maps with the issue, but i think this is more reasonable to reach and if its proven, then its a small tweak fix wich will give a bit more time to research in the skill deeply. But I would like to enjoy plenty the monster token event and this issue is breaking New players's hope at Low TI, veteran player on other maps, I think all the community will be ok with this tweak

Actually they are only giving 1x exp event right now, Honestly barely noticeable. Lets shoot for 2x exp and make it a real event and fun.

After some messing around some time ago, I've also found out that a monster's sprite can be blocked from showing if the position that it spawns on is ?blocked.

 

I 'saw' a monster spawn on top of one of my traps which didn't show any visible sprite that you can target with skills, but I could still hit it if I used a ground target aoe beside it.

So who knows how many more monsters could've been spawned and hidden inside those walls.

Yes i agree, However im sure everyone remembers when they put 2x exp event and the jumping janeaway  event. Server was poppin!!!! people everywhere just having a GREAT time! come on gravity show some love to the players!

+100% XP is already good enough imo.

 

You guys are just too used to higher xp mods that's why you don't appreciate less potent bonuses anymore : P

but +drops% tho...
