Bots - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Card decard - You can increase the success chance by buying cash items, the higher quality lubricant (for normal cards) and slit pong (MVPs). Previously the only option was through some heroic decarding service or the one that destroys the gear. The 5% RNG is just RNG. People have spend close to 200-300m before and still failed.

Enrich refining - Again RNG (unless the rates are wasn't upped, but I doubt thats the case)

I think you're complaining about RNG? It happens. Though you 11 friends were smart to quit soon enough 

I thought back then was harder, no safe certs, HD or BSB.

You need pray to RNG god 5 times a day to get better luck.
