Enrich Hammer for shadow gear?

is there way to use it to go from +7 to +9 like the enrich event where t he item does not break and only goes down a level on failure but as long as you dont run out you can keep trying to get +9   starting from a +7

What you are describing is using HD Elu/Ori with the regular ol' Shadow Refiner.

The only Shadow refine event I've ever seen has been double attempts across the board, which is nice, but certainly not necessary to get a +7 to +9. It can just be really hard to climb out of the +3/+4 purgatory sometimes.

where do we buy/get these shadow gear ?

I don't see them in the cash shop

is it a seasonal thing?
