Is it viable to use rampage blast in early levels? The bio 5 gear that increases the damage for it can only be used at level 170..
What would a rampage blast build be like at level 100 - 120?

you need a LOT of job levels just to be able to use it apropriately btw

Yeah, i took my time at low TI, my sura is 103/25
