Hi, recently try to install the game, but can run it

Initially it say an error by patch, witch it was corrected following the steps on the first post

Now says:

 

Failed to get 2020_11_19_live_data_82_82_1605749739.gpf file.

 

I checked the list of patches in the download file and I don't see any of it, where can I download it or what should I do?

Manual patch file download link is not working. I have error where i cant connect to file server and patching does not start.

I cant get it working either and get the same error at the OP, and the link from the 4th bullet point is not working anymore. The file has been removed from the dropbox and the support agent doesnt seem to be able to help me.

EDIT: I tried going through a VPN as another forum post suggested and that worked no problem. I am in Canada to I thought this was strange as the network I am also connecting the VPN through it also Canada. Does anyone know why this is? Can someone update the OPs list to add this as a possible temp-fix?

I recently downloaded the game to play because I wanted to come back to check out the game after so many years away. I got back into my warp portal account, changed my passwords to everything and then downloaded the game from the website. While I was installing the renewal client I kept getting the error "failed to get 2020-02-03data...gpf. file", something like that each time I tried to run the installer.

 

When I checked the patch2 file in the game folder I noticed that the specific missing file from the message in the launcher was indeed listed in the patch2 file. This makes me believe that the game client is out of date possibly and that I need a new game download (the version from the website says October 2019). I have brought this to the support team however they tell me to download the game from the website and they do not attempt any troubleshooting. I am at a loss for what to do now as each time that I download the game from the website I run into the same error. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing again and again with no difference. There is a forum post about this issue however one of the links in the help document is broken and the file that I seem to need is missing. Do you know where I can get the missing file from?

It also looks to be the same issue from this thread, and I cant try it because the patch files pack hosted on dropbox in the link is missing: https://forums.warpp...endence-client/

 

I brought this to the attention of the support person however they could not answer about the missing file from dropbox. I don't know what to do anymore so I appreciate if anyone can help out!
