Extra Life Carnium boxes & prizes distribution

Hi,

I believe Campitor has said that the boxes/prizes will be distributed today on 11/04 before the Mad Bunny Event ends but I have not received the items so far nor any instructions on how to claim them. Please inform us how and when this will occur and whether or not we will get it in time before Mad Bunny event ends as that was the whole point of adding the Mad Bunny as a prize incentive for Extra Life. Thank you.

I did get the ores but not vip. How to claim vip?

Please visit Code the Redeemer in the Eden Group to claim the items. I finished the inserts around 5pm
Please check again. The Billing team finished the VIP inserts around 6pm.

Is it possible to donate more?if yes then when i can receive the prizes?

Working on it right now.

The work flow is
In the morning the CM team gathers the latest donations and emails them to me.
I then prepare the SQL and send it up for approval
I get approval then insert it. Thats why it happens a little later in the day.

I made my donation on Nov 1st, and I got costumes in game on Nov 4th. But I havent got my vip even after this maintenance. All my friends who donated before Nov 4th already got their vip inserted

Dear Camp, its been 3 days, I never got my prizes. Then I went to check, I realized that I put the wrong ign under donation, which I missed spaces in my ign. Is it possible that you can distribute the boxes to my character with the correct ign?

Please see Campitor response here, weekend has just ended in the US so insertions cannot happen till later in the day.

Edit: It looks like insertions may not happen today due to Veterans Day holiday, regardless keep an eye on this thread for staff updates.

do we have any update? its been almost 5 day since my donation i have yet to receive any clear information and a lot of ticket ended up not getting replied anymore
