I'm unsure of the date, but it was mentioned in game by a GM that sometime EU will be open again because of some law change in California, US, which is where Gravity is located.

Several players from Europe are wanting to play and cannot. Birthday event would be great for the game ... sad that.

in next 10 years maybe ?!?!?!?!? just wanna know because i wanna play again. I can login , can play but i wonna my old accounts because i spend a lot kash and farm and grind on him. When ?!?!?!?
