New player cant trascend

hello, I´m some sort of returning player and was using a merchant class character,  now I´m at lev.99/50 and cannot trascend at juno!.  I have the fee to pay  weight 0 only my eden mark two old batlle manuals and a criatura hair coupon.   and still cannot thae the trascend quest at juno, I{m worried because my charcter has only one stat pint unused.  What am I doing wrong?

I took off all of those already and got my stats to 0 unused points and weight to 0 and nope, still cannot   my skill points are 0 ante the fee is 1'285.000 already have it but still not

Well if all thing already been check you should be able to transcend. When you said you cant have the transcend quest, I assume you already follow all the steps in the walk through here https://irowiki.org/wiki/Transcendent and Valkyrie reject you at the end and teleport you back to NPC Metheus. 

 

Try check the irowiki link I gave you and see whats missing otherwise I m not really sure whats happen. Maybe can ask some helpful folk in Juno to help you out and walk you through the quest. Also, sorry not being able to help more.

If you still have the zeny with you right now you probably haven't talked to the npc near the book. He doesn't check the other requirements yet, but he takes the zeny during that step.
