Today marks the reopening of Renewal servers after a lengthy offline period (Dec 6th 2019 ~ Feb 3rd 2020).

There will be old bugs for sure, however the highlight is the new editions and updates to Renewal servers. See below for notable updates to Renewal servers.

To report a bug or an issue, please follow the format below.

Reported Issues:

• ALT+V "N/New" icon does not toggle OFF when opening inventory through a key binding, manually opening the inventory removes the "N/New" icon.
  
• ★Memorial dungeon update, safe logout doesn't work as expected. When disconnecting inside the instance the user is relocated to their last save location.
• Name of Cat NPCs inside old Jitterbug instance has "Monster#_X" (X: number) in their name.

• ​The apostrophes ( ' ) of the text of both new instances (including the new Charleston ones) is being displayed improperly.
• Fenris Fenrir in Geffen Magic Tournament damage done [Tetra Votex] is too high than before. [Screenshot].
• ★Dreams and shadow (New Jitterbug) duplicate NPCs, old ones should be removed; New OZ. [Screenshot].
• Jitterbug Weapons doesn't come with random enchantments.
• Awakened Ferre is tagged as a mini boss and not as MvP, is this intended?
• Does the following cards drop?
  Awakened Ferre Card, Jitterbug Card, Singing and Playing Ferre Card.
• Bounty Board quests, some of them returns null on the quest log. [Screenshot].

• Morroc Bounty Board 60-80 is missing monster hunt Sandman, intended?
• Fei Kanavian Card #27263 effect does not work, this was fixed prior the hiatus, now it is bugged again.
  Mod Edit: Should be fixed, waiting for user response.
• Sigrun's Wings #5592 headgear is account bound, supposedly it was tradeable prior the hiatus.
• ★Shopping board at the shown location does not have proper dead cells, this is due to relocating the board.
• Costume Cyclops Visor #31570 cannot be worn by Novice class.
• NPC Dye NPC Dinorah Lacostt doesn't recognize Kagerou or/and Oboro even when providing the necessary item.
• ★Certain equipment and consumable cannot be mailed through Rodex. Check as some can be mailed and some can't noting that most are from Kafra Boxes. Please click here for the listing.
• Comodo 40-60 Bounty Board (new) doesn't allow the user to pick up the quests even if they met the level requirement. [Report]
• ★★★Cowraiders Class 1 Card and possibly Cowraiders Class 2 Card cannot be still placed into accessory.
• ★★★★★★Ingrata D NPC located at verus04 doesn't provide enchantment function as intended. Fanmade video to show location and function (kRO) https://www.youtube....h?v=oFK3P9_tzN4
• ★★★Blacksmith Blessing doesn't protect the equipment from breakage when using Enriched or regular Ore through the new refinement UI. Supposedly, it only worked with HD Ore through special refine NPC.
  Mod Edit: User tested the item infact works with HD Ore, it is possible the issue occurs when clicking Continue and BSB is not automatically added, this requires further testing.
• ★★★★★★Instance Dream & Shadow cannot be accessed. When reserving the instance it automatically cancels.
• Item Foxtail #18536 is account bound, is it possible to make it tradable? Note this item only exists on Thor server.
• Check Item Foxtail #18536 script to make sure it offers when it states, otherwise, update the item's description.
• ★★★Item Charleston Upgrade Part (Melee) #23706 doesn't work as intended. It should bring up a UI enchant window, it is possible this is tied to another update 'Lapine', need confirmation/verification on this info. Click here for Fanmade video showing the item function.

• [Fixed] The Aperture Warper NPC does not recognize item vip.
• [Fixed] Santa NPC doesn't recognize clicks, probably it is disabled.
• [Fixed] VIP Services Gen. R. Rick NPC don't recognize Item VIP
• [Fixed] Please check monster Yao Jun #1512 if it drops Yao Jun Hat [1] headgear #5367 or not. It is used to evolve Bongun pet.
  Mod Edit: Changed requirement to Bongun headgear (non slotted).
• [Fixed] Faceworm instance, 'chest pick up' prompts the user if they are party leader or not. User is unable to pick up the chest even being the sole/leader of the party.

• [Fixed] Auto feed is not available to regular pets.
• [Fixed] Third Classes Job Change NPCs do not recognize new VIP, still ask for Magical Stone with VIP.
• [Fixed] NPC Summoner Bentham located at gef_tower 41,16 doesn't recognize VIP.
• [Fixed] Storage Goods Cabinet in moc_para01 does not recognize new VIP.
• [Fixed] Kafra Employee in auction_03 doesn't recognize new VIP.

  Mod Edit: Staff response that for now 15 characters are free. And there doesn't seem to be any plans to unlock the extras. Official response: -"Originally VIP users received 6 extra slots(9 total). With Doram it was expanded to 9 (12 total) and now we expanded it to 15 total slots for all users".

• When picking up VIP Token quest from Gen.R.Rick in Eden the user receives a quest, however it is being tagged incorrectly as Pub Crawl Quest. The tag should be adjusted, click here for screenshot showing the error.
• [Fixed] 9054 → Nightmare Terror Egg doesn't provide Int + 1 as in the item's description.
• [Fixed] Talk like a pirate day event NPCs are still active, starter NPC: William Rotator in Alberta. The rest of related NPCs are still active.
• [Fixed] Cotton Tufts #25233 Pet food is missing from Juno/Yuno Pet Groomer. Is it possible to replicate Prontera Pet Groomer listing to every other NPC of the same?
• [Fixed] Instance Nightmarish Jitterbug was updated to Dreams and shadow, however the transition wasn't done correctly. The NPCs and portals are merged. Please separate them or delete the older instance script (Nightmarish Jitterbug).

Unclickable cells, intended. This is to prevent crowding around important NPCs.

Pet autofeed, regular pets should have autofeed option, so this is a bug.

Describe the issue: There's no "safe" in safe logout in the instances. If a character is disconnected, it will still be kicked out of the instance regardless on how the user got disconnected.

Describe the issues: 

1. The NPCs of both old and new Jitterbug instances are getting mixed up.
2. The names of the NPCs are also different between new and old Jitterbug instances.
3. Both the Wanderer and Alchemist NPCs don't have their portraits.
4. ​The apostrophes ( ' ) of the text of both new instances (including the new Charleston ones) is being displayed improperly.
5. There are NPC cats named Monster#_# (substitute # with any number) in the old Jitterbug instance.
6. Weapons dropped by the monsters don't have any enchants when it's supposed to have one.

take 30 min sacred time of yours WP and make the dungeon king of heel, test all npc.

you will see if it is possible to do, or complete something gear/boss/item trade in the dungeon.

Describe the issue: Can't create character in slots 13-24, when you using Old VIP service.

none of the VIP based NPC's other than the VIP buffer/Gramps acknowledge VIP players, This includes the entrance signs to places like Overlook Dungeon.

The king of heel instance is broken currently at the part where you must go up the stairs past ziz and continue the instance the warp in the room past ziz does not send you to the correct place and in charleston instance at the last part where you talk to the NPCs to summon the Charleston MVP there is a third NPC she is from the king of heels instance if you accidentally click her you forfeit summoning the MVP and instead start the first part of King of Heels instance you can only get gold cards and cannot do anything else

Everytime i do a hunt on bounty board i got a "null" erro mensager

Dont know if its a bug or what but when i log into the game it lets me in but when i choose a character it disconnects form server over and over. Game id: [Removed]

Tried you solution thor works but i dont wantto play thor i wqant to play chaos where all my characters are and i get dced immediately when i choose my character on chaos but thor works just fine any solution other than repatching?

Dont know if its a bug or what but when i log into the game it lets me in but when i choose a character it disconnects form server over and over. Game id: [Removed]
