Describe the issue: After the gender change fix from merged WarpPortal accounts, I cannot leave guilds with the newly merged characters.
 

Name of issue: Charleston Factory instance portal takes player to wrong location
Location: Charleston Factory (0ef1@mcd) : 209,194
Type of Issue: Function
Describe the issue: Warp portal at said location takes player to the right side, when it is supposed to take player to the bottom side. Makes the instance unfinishable.

Pet food for Gremlin is missing from the Pet Groomer NPC.

He seems to take Cheap Lubricant as food.

Name of item/skill/NPC with issue: Flower Girl

Describe the issue: No Flower Girl NPC for the next step of the said daily quest, but there's the tree sign NPC that supposedly be the next thing to do after talking to that missing NPC.

 
It seems the said NPC is not added in the lists of reports. To be added, there's the tree sign NPC that supposedly be the next thing to do after talking to that missing NPC. Even the Navigation also has the information of the said NPC.
 
I think there is a need for screenshots if that's the case...

It considered those card are Accessory (Left) and (Right)

some of its content still bug or not working:

• Enchantment UI for weapons
• Slotted Upgrade Armor and Supplement Armor Sprites

Both Dream & Shadow and Nightmare Jitterbug were disabled

Issues on the instance:

• cards
• random enchants on weapons

I can't test on Cowraiders Class 2 Card because iRO doesn't have accessories(right)

but Cowraiders Class 1 Card can be equip in PDM (only accessories(left) in iRO)

This is used by Blessed Hammer on the second floor of Eden Group along with HD ore to upgrade without risk of degrading or breaking upon failure.

With the new refined system, bsb now can be use with any ore, so many player confused that it make any equipment unbreakable.

BSB is meant to work as a protection token, I am not sure what happened there. Only way to find out is the user ticket in for further investigation. Unless, you mean BSB only works with HD ores?

The sprite error should be fixed.

The fixes once approved will go live next weekly maintenance.

Maybe my mistake,

If you click "Continue" but not "Back" after refine with bsb, It will not use bsb 

but just refine with only ore that was used.

So Dream & Shadow is completely not enabled?

Just to double check, did you attempt to recreate the party?

Tested Enriched Ori with BSB, it worked as intended (failed but will neither break nor downgrade).

Hello, welcome back.

It is now required to remove the older RO client and install a new one.

See solution #4 here if you are looking for download link and if you happen to run into patching issues.

I tried to recreate party and got the same result, memorial dungeon cancels as soon as reserving it. Im on Thor server btw. Other instance works fine.

All right, the report is properly noted now.

Reported Issues:

• [Fixed] Database error when attempting to delete a character.

 
It seems it's still not fixed even now. I'm hoping to make this error fixed without the need of doing a ticket.
 
And my post on how this error occurred (even now) is also being ignored...
 

This is still not fixed. For additional details, I tried to use my e-mail that connects with this account for deletion confirmation but would give this error. When I try to login in the WP website using the same e-mail I used, it's working and my RO accounts that have my characters to be deleted are there with no problems.
 
EDIT: I think I know the culprit of this bug now. The characters that were moved from their original position before hiatus were the ones that are getting bugged when deleting. The ones that have their character select positions stayed after hiatus were the ones that successfully deleted without issues. I hope this will help narrow down the analysis of the issue.

EDIT: Even my report about the missing NPC at a Terra Gloria quest (with screenshots) is ignored too and only the Quest Logs are reported (and the only one posted the the front page).

If you can't tell there's a lot to do on my part on this forum, so it's a given if I miss something. If it happens, simply put in a reminder, either reposting the report, PM or even Reporting the post itself and that will get my attention.

With that in mind; Reports are never ignored, but are handled as they come and what the staff can do to them at THAT time. Such as, it may require kRO and that just alone will take time. Some others are cosmetic in nature and may be pushed back down the list. The staff also do check this report on regular basis. So if anything is not working post hiatus, let us know here.

I just wondered why it's not included in the list of bugs despite reposting twice or thrice. I don't mind being delayed, actually. Just listing it would be enough since I know most GMs are busy with the bombardment of updates and bug fixes. Sorry for the inconvenience caused but thanks again.
