Hi im stuck on lvl 87 not sure where i can be leveling anymore since most of the good mobs to kill arnt in the game yet?

Hello!
Try to make Geffen's Bounties (150 Evil Druid/Wraith) with care: carry items for healing, as well as Fly and Butterfly Wings just in case. There are also some Quests that might be useful, like:
- Ragnarok Tactics Event.
- Lost Puppies.
- Brasilis Dungeon entrance Quest
- Brasilis Water Lily Quest
- Amatsu Entrance Quest
- Cautious Village Quest
- Finding Fairy
- Lost Child
- Rachel Sanctuary Entrance
- Spy Quest.
As a last option I would recommend you to try to get a group to do Low IT, being this a good place and the most recommended to go up.

He was asking about wizard levelling in RO T. But thanks for giving tips for wizard /warlock renewal server levelling
....
For lv 87, why not join GH prison party levelling for fast exp lvl? Use firewall on the zombie prisoner.. u can also try solo Sting on GH. It has slow movement as zombie prisoner

thanks guys, all good hit 99 a week ago from GH lvling.
Not what i was used to do compared to classic RO i.e magma and majo parties. Guess that sought of leveling is a bit dead. Maybe if majos were in RO:T and the map wasnt wrong spawns it would be good.
sad how it seems like with all classes the most efficient way to get to 99 atm is GH
