drop +25% too??

You know on the EuRO Server they also have a item based VIP that gives you a Drop/EXP buff icon but also a third buff Icon that makes your exp death penalty to 1%, kinda like like insurance.

But..but I already transferred several characters from other accounts to my main last year, so it has 20 characters on it, no extra free slots to create new characters. I have many friends have this same problem.
Before this update, we have to pay to have more slots, but now the slots are free.
Since we have spent a lot of money on it, is it possible for people like us to have 3 more slots?

3. Why doesn't X npc see the new VIP? Over the last decade of service renewal has had at least 100 npcs added that react to VIP status. Unfortunately the new VIP does not use the same check call. We are currently taking all reports that come in of npcs not seeing it and doing fix passes. We will be restarting Gramps this morning to fix his VIP check again. If you find an npc is not behaving right report it, we will make good any losses(within reason) due to this and get them in the fix queue for the next maintenance.

Not sure if the Kafra's in woe realms recognize item based vip or not, but hope it can be checked to make sure they do, so they heal/repair/warp VIP players.

Also not sure if town Kafras recognize them for warp either?

Still on old VIP so I'm not buying a box for an alt account just to test, but didn't see them on the fixed list.

This... And I basically transfer character to 20+ back when VIP was still at 9 slots. When it was expanded to 12 slots, we got 1 extra free slot. 

There's one more thing I didn't get quite right.

Before yesterday's maint there were a total 24 character slots (most were VIP-locked), now there's only 15 but they're entirely free? So some accounts now just have more characters than the current limit? owo

(I was looking forward to this 24 characters limit, so I could just transfer some characters from my side accounts to my main, that'd save me so much trouble)

As for the death penalty in the item-based VIP, there's this item called "Life Insurance", I'm not quite sure it is present in the server, but it negates the exp loss from deaths once. Maybe you guys could work on a buff similar to this that doesn't wear off but only negates the exp loss partially? >u>

It is not yet available the update is meant for upcoming weekly maintenance.

There are literally more bugs than active players at this point. It's unacceptable to effectively increase VIP price and then bug half its earlier (cheaper) functionality. Take a good look at the bug list and get it fixed, fast. You don't have the luxury to bleed active players when there's only 300 left.

B-but 900 players... ;-;

Discount the vends, alts, afks, afk levelers, and you'll hardly break 200. Every zone is dead. Zero parties for anything. Zero active guilds remaining. Market is more dead than it's ever been. Sure as hell doesn't look like 900.
Even so, I'm very sure that if we made a list of bugs in this game, it will cross 1000.

10 days and barely do anything with all stupid npc..

VIP:

Old WPE system: 3350 WPE  180 days (3852 KP*/150 days + KP change).
                6700 WPE  360 days (8040 KP*/330 days + KP change).

New KP system:  4500 KP  180 days. (4600 KP from 4000 WPE)
                9000 KP  360 days. (9000 KP from 7500 WPE)

*represents WPE to KP conversion amount (including bonus).

This is planned for the upcoming weekly maintenance.

since we will only get compensation vip scroll for upcoming maintenance i hope jakks christmas will be extended another week as well so we can stack bonuses from presents otherwise it would be quite disappointing.
