Unable to add points to game account

I purchased WP energy via the power up on the website, but am unable to add them to my RO account of choice.

When selecting "convert WP energy" after selecting my account there's no way for me to actually move it. Video on the FAQ didn't help either as its out of date and doesn't match what I see - Which is as below, account hidden of course and amount, but this is the only thing i see, no option to move.

Any one else had this issue or been able to get the money across? I tried to log a ticket but that system wont let me even log in! (why does that use "username" while the rest of the site uses email log in, it makes no sense and apparently none of my "usernames" are correct)

Greetings Misting,

Did you create your game account ID through Steam by any chance?

Normally, the ID will not show up there if the account was registered through Steam.

 

As for ticket system, you will need to register a support account to send in a ticket.

Thanks Cinnamon for getting back to me.

I honestly can't remember as this acc is from back in 2011, returning player.

 

But is definitely a possibility.

 

I'll register for a support account now and send a ticket, thanks!

also the id shows up for my acc in the power-up page, just when selecting an account to convert my WP to ingame there is no convert section as shown on the knowledge report.

I apologize as I may have worded that incorrectly.

Assuming the account is registered through Steam then, the ID will not show up under Power Up options. This is because Steam account require Steam to top up.

If you send in a ticket  the GM staff should be able to help you confirm the account status.

Hi again GM,

I'm unable to verify my support account. No email ever comes to verify my account so I can log a ticket. I've requested it be resent multiple times, and checked all spam folders etc.

 

Any advice? Really want to get this sorted as I spent money thats now sitting in limbo.

In that instance the user can contact support for assistance by sending an email to wptechsupport@warpportal.com.
