New player, having trouble logging in

Hi, I'm a new player and new to this subreddit.

I've been playing RO for over 10 years now and I've been wanting to RO2 forever. Now I finally have the ability to that.

But I need help logging in. I already have my Warp Portal account and RO2 account from when I tried to play a few years back, but when I log in the game says I need a PIN. I never heard of that and when I try to look online, the only thing I find is the link to WarpPortal's support page, but the link doesn't 

Is there anyone who can help?

Thank you for returning to Ragnarok Online 2.  The pin system was to ensure more security on player accounts.  If you created a pin but do not remember it, please contact Warpportal Support at support.warpportal.com.  You will need to send them this information in the body of the text to request a Password Reset.
