Power of X skill question

Hi Im doram newbie player and have some question. 
 

the effect from power of life skill.

 Range Physical Damage +20% if more than 20 skill points are put into the Animal-based series of skills.

Do i should go all level 5 in skill Picky Pick,Arclouze,Tarou,Lunatic Carrot for get bonus?

because in that website tell me that Hiss Savage Flock is [Animal-based Advanced Skill]

All skills of a series of doram skills count. So no, you don't have to make the first four level 5, you just need 20 points in any of the skills of that series.
