Upload is disabled.
You can use Gravatar or "import a photo from a URL" option.

import photo from URL which one to host picture and upload?

You can use Gravatar or "import a photo from a URL" option.

Whichever is a reliable host, Imgur for example.

Still not able to upload via imgur
it keeps loading like no tomorrow.
Please bring back upload 
Edit: Used Gravatar to upload.

It takes a couple of minutes, it is not instant for some reason. Been like that for a long while.
