EMERGENCY! No Drops Only Forge 04/05/2020

To whom it my concern,

   Recently 300% drops with forge activated, by that time everything is fine and working after, 12 Hours the game simply slows. The massive error here & now like server error, cannot connect to the server, internal error and, now the

biggest obstacle (NO DROPS TO ALL MOBS, QUEST DELIVERY NOT WORKING) eventually forge only works, however, due for some reasons we suffer 48 hours no play in-game. I/We encourage GM's or any support related

investigate/FIX.

Seriously! It has been two days!!!!!
Some sealed items were activated and they will most likely not be refunded! I hope a compensation is going to take place because this has been a terrible event so far.

I can't believe that nothing got fixed in two days!

i messaged them also about it on FB on support site and DM'd helium thats really all we can do atm.  

Please fix the server and compensate with great event

Don't take too long please. Just back  in the game for 2 weeks and this is the 2nd error happened to me lol

- server glitched/bugged/broken

This server engine tends to get all -_- up when the rates are artificially manipulated. It's like the interface they use is slow. Also happens on private servers for other games using this server engine. I'm not sure what the implementation is, so I can only speculate on the reason why. But if they adjust rates, expect the servers to chug and have errors.

yeah man its been this way since forever.  whenever they manipulate the rates it seems like the drop tables get -_- up.  its been that way since the beginning.  good to see you are still alive and kicking cleffy
