Quest for Old Detachments Ring

Hi, im new in here, ive been trying to get good equipment for my ranger and in the guides section i saw this combo which gives you 70 luk and extra critical damage with the Old Detachments Ring. But I was told this ring was only obtainable from the overseas kafra box xvii i think and have not been able to find other combo that matches this and have no way to get it anymore from the kafra box since it was only during february and i joined in may.

I suggest there was another way to get this ring, like a quest or something or to bring it back in the kafra boxes again so that new players are able to get it as well. 

I was working hard to get my old camouflage bunny hat but when i saw there was no way to get the ring i stopped and now i don't know what to wear lol

Hope somebody take this into consideration. It would be cool.

Personally all OCP should be obtainable in game, but it's unlikely to happen.

Opened 90 pcs of OCP Kafra boxes XVII. All I get is just a bunch of Kirin Horn. I think they rigged the ODR chance to S-Class so you buy more ocp boxes. And, the price for ODR is 1B in our server its impossible for me to buy it with zeny. 

rates are fine, i had it in a few boxes. it's RNG at it's work
