Unsuccessful Buy WP Gift code transaction

I have made the above transaction and displayed the following message : This option is only available for accounts that have previously made Warp Portal energy purchases. If you feel this is in error, please contact us via the ticketing system.

Before, I was still able to do it.

I have sent a ticket since May 29th, but I have not received any response.

If you have not received a response from the Warpportal Staff at this time, please make sure to check the spam/junk folders of your preferred email provider.  Just in case it got auto sorted into the wrong location.  If you still are unable to find the ticket response, please send a PM to me with the ticket number.  While I cannot address the ticket itself, I will be able to check on it to make sure it is being taking care of.
