Can I start using Enriched elunium after I upgrade My armor with regular elunium +4?
Do I still need certificate or straight using enriched elunium from +4-+9?
Any chart for this new refine system event for enriched ore?

Enriched Refine Event
Normally, Enriched ores have a chance of breaking the item. But during those events, in the case of upgrade failure the item will only degrade by 1 refine level instead of breaking.
Can I start using Enriched elunium after I upgrade My armor with regular elunium +4? Yes
Do I still need certificate or straight using enriched elunium from +4-+9? Don't need certs, straight Enriched from +4 to +10
Any chart for this new refine system event for enriched ore?
