How long will the refine event last?

Hi, I have had some periods of inactivity in the game and now I am somewhat confused. Who should I talk to for this mad bunny event? Is it still with Mighty Hammer or is it now with Sunhmi ??

Cooldown Tracking on AOGH in Quest Log is missing (its change to NULL for some reason)

After like 15? 16 years of playing IRO I have pretty much quit because the "Updates" where they ruin the game for anyone who enjoyed having a genetic with a homunculus, killing off the AI and ability to even cast ground skills properly  or make them semi useful with an auto attacking at-least the same target im attacking. just really screwed up the whole game for me, do not get me wrong they have had plenty of updates most of us disliked but this one really did it for me I hardly play anymore and im definitely not having a good time when I am. someone hmu when they change it back because its pretty trashed right now. I forgave when they wrongfully banned me for a month and had to wait for Camp to get back just so he could tell his team how wrong they were and to return all my gears/account but this just killed the game for me  my favorite mechanic was the little friends you could have with an alchemist class that came to life and fought with you I wasn't a sweaty try-hard like a lot of the players left who have been around as long as I have I was just having a good time and now we cant even have that. Sad.

WTF, I went through horror toy factory uptil Celine Kimi and suddenly got disconnected from server before the boss fight starts. This is not the first time this -_- happens and its getting frustrating to play at this point!

IDK what happen..sometime hard to login and after keep trying finally got login to server..but every time i go to potral sometime stuck dc and need to ALT + F4 to rejoin back..i dont think my internet problem here..and sometime doing daily instance my char stuck cant go inside..now need to wait another day for waiting doing instance..please help what should i do here

try to use a vpn, or if already using one, change to another location.. that's what i did, and somewhat improved latency..
