August 7th Chaos Server Maintenance

Hello,

After feedback from the studio regarding the server issues we are planning a 2 hours maintenance from 3-5pm today on Chaos. This maintenance has two goals.

• Hopefully address the server disconnection issues.
• Setup diagnostic systems just in case the server disconnection issues are not resolved.

As stated above the estimated down time is 2 hours. Thank you.

You could also look at the topic of the quest, which is not working. Nightmarish Jitterbug and he's still in trouble. If you want, I will make a video for you, or, what a thing, so that you can see the subject.

Many players have already asked for the repair, but it hasn't been fixed yet.         

Fixing Jitterbug or Shadow Realm, Shadow Realm is new Jitterbug with "Options" on equipment.

But options table isn't in iRO yet. But Jitterbug and Shadow Realm already merge (iirc that why Jitter and Shadow realm is disable)

"Once More Unto the Breach" event begins!

There were a lot of people inside the instance not knowing what to do. Whould be nice to explain the mission is to heal all 4 crystals to full life. Sorcs are key to check that and Warmer helps a lot!           

A couple of my friend's accounts have had their chars wiped out after Thursday's maintenance. I told him to submit a ticket so maybe you could look into that too.

One or two of those chars were in my guild and they have vanished from the guild along with one of his other chars being the guild leader of a guild and that guild being disbanded as a result.

My guild's name is "Priest Mafia" his Royal Guard was in it and now that Royal Guard doesn't even exist.

at 5 i will turn on purification stones for Chaos.

Logins were being restarted so players could access chaos again.

As a reminder Chaos Purification Stone happens at 5PM

its an npc that will reset your Endless Tower cooldown timer. He only exists for 30 minutes so he has to be claimed immediately. Its so users affected by instance kicking can get another run this week.
