All the new maps added in 17.1 basically have no BGMs,the bar,Rudas maps,ect currently.

First 2nd costume ticket is still free, the second second costume ticket and beyond has a zeny cost.

1) Fix 17.1 quests.
2) Fix the missing hairstyles (#24-27)

 

Pretty stupid that we literally LOSE content when you update.

We are fixing the quests.. its in the notes. As for the hairstyles I will look at it I think I know how to edit the shop lua.

3)Add the BGMs that are missing in the 17.1 maps! How in the heck are you guys not noticing that is beyond me,its apart of the game.

Not yet, unfortunately its a script that hasn't been touched in a decade so I am not sure how or why it would have broken,

17.1 cards do not have any effect

Thanks for solving 17.1 issues but, there's still some points that we need to remember, those are kinda relevant to the game, in general terms:
-Jitterbug Revamp;
-FAS base damage scaling (post lvl 100);
-Charleston Crisis Revamp (which there are no Excellion Suit/Wing and its enchantments, nor 15.2 weapon enchantments and neither any use for the Golden Cards);
-Fix new card's prefix;
-Fix alternate colour mado sprites;
-Fix missing BGM from new episode.

A mention for the 1st/2nd + Transclass skill descriptions after the Skills Rebalance update too, which are missing and some just got weird descriptions, which are in total disagreement with their new effects.
