I would like to share my experience with the GM team this last roll back we had. I farmed for almost 4 hours last week and I lost my Raydric Card, Alice Card and OCA. I am done with this server and game this is not the 1st time it happened to me. When they had a roll back on Restart I had a screenshot of my rare drop as well, but they never helped me out and just gave me back my WOE supplies lol.
