VIP Item Issue 1-3-2021

Hello,

Currently there is a known issue with the VIP item not properly awarding VIP time when consumed. Unfortunately restarting the server does not appear to resolve this issue. So we are referring the bug to the studio while we do our own tests and investigations.

During this time sales of the VIP item will be disabled. Users who consume a VIP item and did not receive the buff please ticket in so that we can restore the benefit. 

Just in case we will be doing a full service restart tomorrow 1/4/2020 to mitigate any issues. As part of this restart we will also fix Santa and extend his duration by 1 week.

does it mean by fixing santa; reset it services? (does it mean we can re-have the benefit if we already claimed it before fixing?)

Honestly very inconvenient 

I was gonna drink the Infinity drink + VIP to AFK but the drink also doesnt work Camp. Please also look into this as well. Thank you.

first of all sorry i dont know where to post this.. but dear gm.. i have send ticket to change my wp id email like 15 days ago but still no reply from the wp support.. and it almost 5 january already... please help thanks...

The Exp and Item buff shows on the right side of the screen but the bottom reflects 0.00% VIP Bonus. This is my 2nd 10-Day VIP Box and it's the same with my 1st, the bottom notif does not reflect the correct VIP Bonus. I'm not sure if it's just a visual glitch since I had/have access to Primo Buff and Aperture Warps but I'm not sure or if I actually had/have the exp and item boost.

Does this maintenance mean that the christmas EXP/DROP bonus will also extend for a week?

I filed a ticket already for this. I tried opening 3x  

First one i thought i just misclicked so I tried the second time when nothing happened (and noticing i just lost 2 VIP boxes) i tried doing it again for the 3rd time to take ample screenshots for the bug ticket report why is this happening

The one who got VIP bonus displayed was old VIP owner that long live after hiatus (since January 2020)

No. 

They VIP bonus shown at the bottom is linked to web based VIP that we used to purchase via wpe at warpportal website. Since 2020, they have change it to item based vip and your exp/drop rate is increase is shown on the buff side.

You can't open a 10 Days Premium package if you still have the old VIP.

And you can easily check, have 2 characters, one without the VIP buff and another with and go kill a mob. The account with VIP should be giving 50% extra from the base exp table.

Will regular woe return come friday? for iRO THOR?

with the extension of SANTA event will this also mean that people can still access Hall of Abyss for the extended week?

No, Santa just stopped talking to users when the new year happened. So he will talk to users again.

Fixed, the Christmas EXP will not be extended.

1. About 24 hours at this point. The first reports came in on 1/3/2021
2. If you used a box and did not get buffs we will restore the box if you ticket in.

Yes regular woe will return, no Santa will no longer provide GD/HOA access post Thursday maintenance.

Here's my understanding of what's happening:

• Until 1/11, Santa will offer the one-time reset and gifts (i.e., he probably becomes unclickable starting at Jan 12 12:00 am UTC-8)
• Until maintenance on 1/7, Santa offers GD/HOA teleports

RT is looking good. The VIP issue is fixed there. The deployment process is still running on the renewal servers.
