Hi!
me and my GF wanted to get back into the game after half a year.
we changed our passwords due to the password update event, but neither of us couldn't log into the game.
she cant even log into warp portal as it states that her username is incorrect (we verified it and it should be the right one).
plz help us we're really frustrated about this~!!

hmm.. thx for the heads up, edited the post.
but i didnt understand what the link is supposed to mean!
we changed the password. alil too late for the event but idgaf about the rewards... just wanna play my account.

you need to also change the RO 1 game account password, not just WP account password

dunno where to do that and im not even registered in RO1 only transcendence.
