Poor Man's Card Suggestion

Hi guys.

With the current market price drop I began my scourging for gene eq of which dropped quite a bunch and managed to salvage a saphir (finally) but without any enchantment nor refinement.

As the topic goes, what card should i put it with? Since I'm no MVP card owner etc, my budget is quite low.. Below are some of my options...

1. 2x Archer Skeleton Card - additional 10% ranged damage / card (entitles me with 20% extra damage)

2. 2x Pecopeco Egg Card - additional 20% damage to formless / card (entitles me with 40 extra damage ONLY on formless)

3. 1x Bigbell Card + 1x Pecopeco Egg Card + 1x Neo Punk Card (planning to put it in my +8 Fotia[1] ) - additional 10% + 20% damage on formless + bypass 50% DEF on formless mobs + -25% from formless mobs

My budget is quite small ( <100m) for the cards since I need to get it properly done.. Planning for Excelion Shield in future but god knows when would the price drop <100m (ROFLMAO xD)

I'm currently using +9 [3xAS] EA4 RTE for lvling... My Saphir is @ +7 but not carded at all yet.. the damage differs like 20~25k so i'm pretty sure its because of the cards present in RTE compared to the saphir.. hoping to get Ranged bonus on saphir in future modifications but that still need farming for z's...

btw, my current damage is around 65k / CC so its still low compared to others... still got a long way to go.. even my temporal boots isnt completed yet since i dont have the ring to complete it..

any insights would be lovely.. even better suggestions for the cards would be kindly appreciated..

I would recommend Archer Skeleton best option for overall mobs, unless you are only hunting Formless, and dont try to hard to get the Excellion Shield, Mad Bunny+9 is just as good + cool sprite and its cheaper.

Archer skeleton for saphir mace and try to upgrade to +9 at least since it gives a boost of 20% to CC damage.

For shield i suggest to get a +8 Anemos and get a Royal Guard Shield so you can use Shield Spell and get extra atk, plus Anemos is indestructible.

@kedoxu - i see, so for all rounder better go for AS carded weapon... interesting.. for shield, so better go for mad bunny eh... getting it to +9 would be more than enough for the time being i believe? taking into consideration of the bonus ASPD and all char can use it i can see where you're going with this..

@crimsonsc - good point.. that way would be having +40% damage in total with saphir's bonus as well eh... +8 Anemos... interesting choice... i believe this is more to a offensive rather than defensive is it? regarding the royal shield... back to farming the honor tokens i guess x_x

thank you for the input of cards guys as well shields... will scour it atm for the cards as well as the enriched oridecons / eluniums... man the market sure hit hard...

tbh the reason why i was thinking of going for the formless cause i noticed most of mobs lvl 165 and above are formless race.. NCT, Verus, to name two main place of lvling are mainly formless mobs...

one last question, what item should i aim first? i got saphir but its +7 atm, even my +9 (3xAS) EA4 RTE having better damage like 20k extra than the saphir... below are my list of eq

head +8 Cylinder Hairband

mid seraphim coro

lower seraphim feather / happy balloon 

armor +7nature dress / +4 armor type A (love the armor due to addition atck)

weapon +9 [3xAS] EA4 RTE / +7 Saphir [2] / +9 [3] EA5 RTE - mainly using the EA4 RTE due to its carded properly rather than the EA5 RTE

garment +9 [menblatt] EA10 FAW

shield +8 fotia shield - bought due to its cheap and addition damage, have mad bunnies in disposal but not refined

foot +7 [1] BP EA4 tem dex boots - planning to put firelock in future

accessoryR chemical glove [1]

accessoryL PDM [1] - still contemplating to put what card in future... any good suggestion?

I use Golden Scaraba in my accesories.

You could sell your RTE EA5 to get some zeny and refine your Saphir to +11, I own a +9 [3xAS] EA5 RTE and the Saphir with 2 AK outperforms my RTE.

I have not idea about the chemical glove, never used them, I'd say try and get a temporal ring.

If you are 170 or close, get your Old Midas Whisper.

And try to do ETs by yourself, you can get lucky and get an MVP card that you can sell or keep.

temporal ring is definitely in my hunting list, but the z isnt allowing enough.. bhahaha...

currently trying my best to collect items for the old midas whisper... still collecting the fragments (i think?) and with current situation i'm kinda pretty much stuck at my current lvling due to limitations... especially damage outputs... if i managed to get around 100k damage / cc that would be great but it isnt that easy with the next limitation - zenny to make the items...

btw, how much should i prepare to make a +11 saphir? should i get enriched oridecon + BSB then get up till +9 then wait till next refinement event? or having +9 saphir with 2xAS would be sufficient for lvling purpose ATM?
