I just figure out how to summon Faceworm Queen twice in one run
* also three summon is possible but i never killed it.

i dont know if is a bug or a part of the instances 

Sounds like a bug. It's definitely not intended to be able to summon her multiple times without having to run on a separate character.

You mean, like we can do in Ghost Palace? Cux there depending in which order we kill the monsters, that "boss" spawn twice just like the floor before him can keep spawning mobs indefinitely.

i cant tell how to do it because i can break a rules in the forum, all i can tell if you do faceworm instance everyday you can accidently activate the bug.

sure. then pm Campitor & tell him how the bug is triggered and have cordite look into resolving it.

else, how different is it from Ro.T P2W Aaron?

I cant even kill the Queen, so whatever. But if is similar to how it happens in ghost palace then maybe its the same bug/erro/hidden mechanic or whatever it is.

I dont know if its intended or not at least in ghost palace's case, but honestly i think is just some random algorithm that screw things up, cuz i've tried long time ago discover how it happens but i got bored in the process even pulling it off 2~3 times.

I can imagine how it happened for you, but still have no clue on what triggers it.
