where I can drop the logbooks, in no site of the iro wiki does it say where it can be dropped, and why after years the wiki has not been updated? most important where it drops this logbooks, put the item in the game, plus the iro wiki and all done.???logbooks where i can drop,can drop omnious permeter???or only mvp,im see in nova ro wiki.

Logbooks are currently only dropped by Ominous Turtle General only.
