Returning Player Question: How to get back into Kiel Hyre?

So I was going to attempt KH on my ME AB, but for some reason I can't for the life of me figure out how to get back in there. And I KNOW she's done the quest because I went MEing on her in there before back in 2013 or so, and I have two luxurious keycards (the other from my warlock who also did the quest way back when). Tried putting both on me to see if that had something to do with it and the security guards still tell me "you don't have an appointment" and nothing happens. Googling yields nothing, and I even tried going back to the first NPC of the KH quest to see if I for some reason had to just redo the quest again, and the he gives his already-completed-the-step response, another thing which tells me I definitely did the quest.

So, what am I missing here? Am I talking to the wrong NPC? Is there a different location I have to go to? Is there an extra quest I have to do now? Or is this a game-breaking glitch that I need to submit a ticket for? Very confused. @_@

Edit: Also I keep getting a "failed to upload image" error for my avatar on this forum. Is there a way to fix that? The default pic is so boring.

It's better if you try to follow the steps given in that quest again and see if you can find where you left off. Try checking Quest window if it helps.

If you have Luxurious Keycard then talk to one of the graves and you'll be allowed into the robot factory. You can find Kiel MVP in next map of robot factory. I don't know what else I can help you with.

You have to use an image hosting site like imgur or postimages.org, upload your avatar there, and copy & paste the URL to the 3rd(?) upload option in the profile avatar editor (I believe).

It's better if you try to follow the steps given in that quest again and see if you can find where you left off. Try checking Quest window if it helps.
