Do staffs' magic attacks reflect the staffs' properties?

I see staffs have properties too like other weapons. For example if I use a Lich's Bone Wand whose property is Undead, does that translate into its magic attacks? Or does that only apply to its physical attacks?

One more question. Do upgrades made to staffs raise their MATK or just their ATK?

Doesnt affect magic attack except for magic crasher and physical

upgrades affect matk now.

How about upgrades made to weapons like Old Parasol and Elemental Sword that have both ATK and MATK? Does it add their MATK in addition to ATK?
