Hundred Spear RK (From jRO):

 These Boots reduce in 1 Second Hundred Spear, so, with Illusion Pole axe, the final CD would be 0,5 Seconds, at the cost of loosing the Illusion shoes combo and their enchants. The idea is to implement the slotted version in order to use Ominous Freezer Card
