nothing wrong with them,
i will assume with high orc that you mean reflected attack which is not autoattack, and also which does not proc autocast item anymore.

Reflected damage from all sources, including High Orc card, are no longer considered a physical melee attack. The Crusader skill Shield Reflect was adjusted to not trigger effects but equipment that had the same effect was 'bugged' and continued to give the effect. A year ago in a balance update the equipment was fixed to be consistent to the change in the skill.
So to your question, in these cases the item descriptions don't need to be changed as the equipment still works as stated; when you click to melee attack the effects from the equipment are triggered. I lost some useful items as well when they unexpectedly changed reflect but remember IRO is a live game and changes, good and bad, can come at any time. So like all of us players, try to get the most from your items while you can!

If there has been a change, the description is also changed. Or say: the high orc card was unusable, nerf or whatever WP wants.....

Ragnarok Online - Updates - New 185 Level Cap (playragnarok.com)
Scroll to the very bottom, it says "Reflected damage is prevented from being used to activate autocast skills."
...If there is doubt when reading the description, the minimum is to change the description to make it clear.
A lot of things are not stated clearly (sometimes even outright wrong or falsely to trick you to spend money) sadly.

By the way,no instance of a damage reflect gear ever depicted what kind of damage the reflected damage is, it only says what it can reflect.
doesn't really say, but no server has changed damage reflection settings for whatever reason.

kRO did, the server from which all updates come from.
It is a system change made by them. I'm not happy about it too since it brick'd one of my characters, but it's an official change made by the main server devs

you kill that by making building an immortal character not possible, not killing the playstyle.Players can still do the same thing, they just have to use different damage dealing methods, which more will be implemented in teh future. But sure
