Themis Helm definitely counts as a costume right now. Suhnmi can't refine it, either. Please fix ASAP!

Why did you remove the "when Hesperus Lit is level 5, chance to cast at Genesis Ray (at mastered level) when using Pressure" on Themis Helm?

[Hespell Slit] When learning Lv5, when using [Pressure] additionally, there is a certain probability that the enemy will be auto-centered. Spell [Ray of Genesis] is activated at Mastered Lv

Is the popcorn event supposed to force us into using silvervine to make the costume? Brought it the 50 beads and normal hat and then it says it doesn't have enough silvervine.

can we put less useless stuff in ocp?

Yeah, I got this item and I really don't get the point of the effect.

I feel it would make sense if the -10% was from enemy magic attacks

or reduce wearer's wind matk to reduce enemy wind matk.
