But I think 99.9% ranger players will prefer to choose  20 perfect hit instead of 20% size.

I don’t think it’s perfect hit bruh. Coz my char is wearing it and has 105 perfect hit with cores. So that means I should have 125 with garment? Taking off 1 core and I’m already missin on osiris mvp. Feel me?

It's most likely long-ranged damage, not perfect hit.
