login issue

good day 

I just log back in on my account today and I cant login due to ban issue but as I can remember last time I loggin on my account was on computer shop in manila and I cant remember if I log out or not due to their system time out when you run out of credits pls help the game was on ragnarok online chaos server

You likely will want to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to ask them what happened and get clarification on if there is anything that can be done to see your account restored.
