I believe the rates are fine, we got the experience of all the previous OCP. Server got full of op items and op people, and that almost kill the server, no more fun party, no more fun woe. 
Low rates guarantee only few people very lucky or very rich can get the new op items (wich are not necesary to do a good performance playing)

Can you please fix Fatal Menace as well? Ring of Hunter won't do much if the skill can't be used in any instances.

0.34 for 2 different rings? Dude, SC is not even fixed completely, that's unfair.

That doesn't stop the items from existing though, it just widens the already gigantic wealth gap of the game. I like playing fun new builds but I can't afford to drop 300 dollars monthly to do that, it's a huge insult.

that's the thing, these items are not for new builds, are for previous ones. The thing these items do it's change end game gears, it's good to keep rates low to keep high end gears away or expensive, and the effort to get it make the game fun, other way, ~yei i got end game gears and... nothing more to do. So if you really want it, grind zeny in game, because you are not forced to pay usd.
Edit: and the same build are pretty playable with current gears in game. (DB RK can easy level up 185 without fafnir breath for example)

Those rates on the rings are a bit low     but even so the rest of the OCP list is mostly great, and thanks for fulfilling some of my requests!

That blue card fix is very welcome, and it's always nice to get login bonuses.

One other thing, since the raffle seems permanent at this point can the text announcements be changed to be shorter (kept to one line) so it is less of the chat log when we're sitting in Pront? Also is it worth mentioning in the patch notes each week? Like the mesmerist and spooky machine aren't mentioned each week either and it's the same kind of deal as those imo.

That's just the problem, the rates are TOO low and they end up being 5-10b zeny due to either not enough being opened or market price fixing, I could grind 1-2 billion to buy an item, but this is middle MVP card prices, and the class-specific rings are even worse that you usually need 2, they should never be this low.

I wonder about.
- The decision of choosing items from JRO catalog.
- The decision of rate setting in OCP.
- The decision of nerfing.

Yeah I know I can't get the answer here since it rely on the Studio.

So... The SC's ring (aka Ring of Hunter) got a 0.34%, but the RG's ring (aka Themis Balance) got 2.72%, rly?? SC are one of the less used job in PVM and RG are one of the dominant in the current meta and whit its new ring will be more dominant if not the dominant job in pvm...

Come here for this question as well. But since it is decided, then we can just stick to it, let's everyone get their own RG(s).

Will costume enchant stone box 10 comes with new costume box?
