Since there are fewer discussions for madogear here. I hope this thread can open a dialogue for some mechanic lovers.

+14 Blast-OS [Rockstep*2][15%LR] vs +14 Valkyire Hammer [Rock Step*4]

Conclusion:

FOR MEDIUM SIZE-

Blast-OS ≥ Valkyire Hammer +Feather Shield > Meteor Striker + Feather Shield

FOR LARGE SIZE-

Blast-OS >>> Valkyire Hammer +Feather Shield > Meteor Striker + Feather Shield

Therefore, I personally think that Blast-OS outperform, easily to get, and is very cheap, so highly recommend it. If you encounter a MVP with high damage, you may need V.Hammer+Shield to survive.

LV5 ARM CANNON, Blast-OS, 345K-365K ON MEDIUM SIZE.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LV5 ARM CANNON, VALKYRIE HAMMER, 325K-355K ON MEDIUM SIZE

Even without a shield, the Blast-OS can do most MVPs. Here is what I pass Advanced Old Glast Heim using lv3 Arm Cannon.

Thanks for the opening the topic, this is good information to have available. By any chance you could make a similar testing with Meteor Striker? Considering that the Meteor Striker easily doubles the base ATK of the Valky Hammer, plus its +10 ATK bonus per 2 refinement.

Edit: Just curious, how do you deal with the FCT? Casting Stone on Costume or Magic Essence Enchant on Old Driver Band?

That's a good point. I would like to test if someone can borrow me. However, I saw a report from another sever that even the best enchantment of Meteor Striker (20% size+ 20% property) cannot beat Blast-OS. So, I guess, not to mention, we haven't opened the enchantment for ancient weapons. The Meteor Striker should do much less damage than Blast-OS.

Yes, I use ME on Old Driver Band.
