Consumers can only see what u guys take out, not what u have done behind the scene. Please do not show how u guys work hard again and again, we can't see, and also u r not allowed to show us what u have done except game content/fixed bug.

If game have more contents/new stuff, nobody will have time to speak out loud on forum.

I agree about spreading false information, So let's show true info:
1 year took to get 17.1 Illusion. ("Big update").
Over 1 year took to get Max lvl 185 ("Not big at all").

 

People in general is not trusting in yours. If you feel the company is being vulnerable because people complain about the bad service and you become the complain in "false information",(because that's what you do, transforming a comment in false information,to have the right of delete that comment based in the Forum rules), in fact you have a big problem and less trustworthy you are.

How is any company obligated to be transparent to clients? Actually the correct term you should use here is "customer". Pretty sure you can say a customer is someone who buys/ uses a companies product or service. While a client is someone who who gets professional services and advice from a business.

Your entitlement to think they should tell you everything that goes on behind closed doors is wrong. She has already told you that you can be mad at them. She has yet to say they do not have a big problem. She has pointed out forums rules on what you can and cannot post. The only misinterpretation here is you believing that they are some how trying to silence you.

Your emotions is blinding your judgement. If you all complain so much why are you still playing? "Because I love the game, I have invested so much". you know, sometimes it is best to just let go.

but throwing Gemstone shadow mix box at 0.4% and kicking out Almighty Box realy disgust me，really！

i believe the GM team works a lot but with wrong road, for me it's matter of desitions and comunication, between them and players, there is a clear break in how players feeling about the server and how game it's working.
so i can say if they are working on missing content or list of previous bug? certanly im not sure because some of that content and bugs are missing or not working properly for almost 5 years or more.
they are working on bring ocp content? yes.
they are working on Kachua? Yes.
they fix buged kachua? took time last time but yes.
they work on fix ocp buged content? yes.
they bring new content from Kro? barelly or too late, and i even don't know why, but that is the evidence.

But the truth and evidence is what we receive and that it's we are talking about. I don't care how works WP inside, i care the product we are receiving that is the only truth.

How many times can they tell you they have to wait on KRO studio to send stuff before you comprehend it? if you do not care how WP works on the inside then quit saying they do not do any work.

Okay, so update on this. I was told we're "doing the exact same implementation that kRO did" with the earring. So the earring will become available next month.

They just need to work on the right road ... to open a new server. Do we Chaos players even need any new OP items? Most of us open because its fun but that's it. I just opened 20 OCP boxes just for fun. Got the dark ring. Rates are too ezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 

why you removed status shadow combiner from kachua?

Next maintenance should be the last of the pre 2021 costumes being added to the enchanter. Then it will be catching up with the costumes added afterwards, and this will be done.
Shield Boomerang + Crusader Spirit Bug Report - Studio investigated this issue and found that there is a chance to miss on kRO as well. This is being investigated further 
Login Server issues - We had a break through for this tonight. We will be testing a new build internally next week. If all goes well we hope to have this fixed by the end of the month.

Other Skill Issues - They are being investigated further. We will share more information as the bug fixing work group addresses these issues.

There will be another good morning thread at the end of the month.

• Hunter shadow shoes have the correct effect. They boost both Falcon Assault and Blitzbeat damage.
• Costume Layers will be the next major project after the costume enchants. We have a version from last year that we can reference. We have started to add all new costumes to it. But we need to go back and fix the old ones.
• This will have to be as they come up. If we see an error message we will fix it. But not all status icons we are supposed to have yet. In addition for UI elements we have to figure out if its a bug or missing update. so we will need to check on a case by case basis.
• We will check these.
• The new mado sprite is something thats part of a future content update. The bugged mado sprite is something that needs to be fixed.

Why did you change "Dark Claw" to "Black Nails"?
(afaik Black Nails is the direct translation of korean name of this skill).
