Hi! im a returning player, i remember using those two items with a champ with mental strength, but now it doesnt work, there was some change of how  reflect works? or its something else? ;O;

yeah reflect damage no longer procs autocast effects. it was changed a bit over a year ago in the dec 21, 2021 patch
