Alternative Client Package/web Installer With Genpatch (V528)

Hello,

I downloaded ROSE online a few day ago and got the same problem a lot of people got.
The first time i instal the game it checks all the files and then starts in the right way..... but as soon as i closed the game once, the next time it gets stuck at 8,12% when checking the files again.

So i can only play the game once.... then remove the game fully and install it again, and so on. So i red here that the Genpatch is a problem solver?
But as i read the OP i see the newest Genpatch is based on the v319 patch.... and the game alredy has the v320 patch.... so is it still worth trying Genpatch? or should i search for any other ways?

I have downloaded and installed everything. But when I clicked Start, it prompts me with this message:

The program can't start because GenesisVFS.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

What shall I do?

EDIT: Nvm, fixed it.

Hey everyone, i have been busy with real life so couldnot update things anymore.

I collected few hours time and updated installer to version 339, i hope it helps

I will try to update it more often from now on

Hi, is there any standalone game installer instead of webinstalling every time I messed up my game files? the official installer is too outdated already, don't want to patch up for whole year.

I have been thinking of it, although i have to think about traffic as even current web downloader makes up to 400gb/traffic month

Just copy rose folder to other location after it got patched successfully, so in case of corruption you can restore it from there

Hi,

I have tried using the GenPatch RRE Version 339, but about half way through downloading i get this error message



Do you think the file has been corrupted while downloading?

Any help would be great, I'm an old iRose player slash NaRose player just coming back.

My game basically stopped working using the normal loader so I uninstalled and now I tried using the download given in this thread. At the end of the download I get the exact same message as posted about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What operation system were you using?

i download the thing that you post but when i patch it why it stop on " Downloading 'RoseOnline.exe' .. ive been waiting for almost 1 hour and checking if that will gonna move but nothings happen.. it only stay at " Downloading 'Roseonline.exe' .. what is the paroblem? please help me

hey, i am back again (at least for time until real life will catch me up again).

I did check reports and mails i got, updated installer (and uploaded latest patched version of game)

Rose have become much more mature since time i left, but some people still have problems
