Is it worth it to get the Terror Knight summon? If not, what about the other lower level summon (the archers)?

Thanks!

Oh and by the way, anyone notice that the Terror Knight looks different than it used to? It used to be black and silver and now its red and silver. It also used to carry duals but now it uses a 2-handed sword.

you are talking about a dread knight, the bourg summon.
I am playing an Artisan atm, lvl 186 and I dont got the summon, in my eyes its useless to have it
because the 2 archers attack from distance, while the slow terror knight takes ages to attack.

On an artisan: yes
On a bourg: no

Battle artisan is so overpowered, that your pet also becomes overpowered. Buff it with a cleric and it's like releasing a mad pitbull in a children's daycare. It will taunt your targets and he only costs 5SP to get.
On bourg no because he doesn't tank for you + his damage output is rediculous low for a damage class. Also he takes 19SP to max which is a lot of SP for something with so little advantage.
On craft artisan: Doesn't matter, the only decent way to level artisan quickly is an overpowered battle artisan.

I am sorry, but a bourg dont got a terror knight,
and then yet again, if you have an overpowered artisan (I am one myself), what has the reason to get a slow summon, with not fast atking speed?
yet again, this summon is in my eyes quite useless, since it can NOT tank either, if you plan on taking on bosses, its better to have 2 distance
shooters, then to let your TK go first, and see him die in 1-2 hits.
It is better then to attack first yourself, and if you are not sure about the healing that you will run away while the summons shoot from distance,
then can atleast hang up at the speed with distance shooting, a melee summon HAS to come close (many bosses do an aoe damage, which are dodged by hunters)

hope that I have proved a point now
oh and just to know: woho looted my first epic in a devourer master, a dual blade epic 100 dura _/!!!!!!

I'm talking about pets in general for both classes. And if you read, I also talk about a buffed pet implying that you have a cleric who throws your pet some heals from time to time.

1. It tanks perfectly fine. It can take plenty hits before dying + it taunts emmediatly.
2. Doesn't matter if you attack first or not. TK will taunt it.
3. None of the orlo bosses do severe aoe damage and again, you have a healer.

I've farrmed 6 epics with a battle artisan so I know what their deal is. Spend many hours farming epics with my launcher bourg, gun bourg and champ too to know the differences.
